Henry W. Parker
did get published in a number of scientific journals. Rather than
lengthy technical articles which seem to be the standard now, his
publications were typically short, and were in the form of a letter to
the editor. As near as I can tell, he published very few on
invertebrates--aside from the description of the new species and the
list of Iowa butterflies, this is the only one I know of. This was published in the Journal Psyche in 1882 |
